Landscape Design
Landscape design maximizes the overall function and appeal of your property. It helps clarify your expectations, establish your budget and helps you to prioritize multi-phase enhancements.
We offer exceptional design services, presenting homeowners in the Rochester area with a plan that makes the most of their property.
Extensive time and detail is put into our plans so that during the construction process there are as few unexpected issues as possible. It is for this reason we charge a fee for design work.

How much does a landscape design cost ?
We offer a free initial consultation, but we can’t be accurate until we do a design.
It’s a small commitment early on in the process, so that you can make good decisions and avoid surprises later. We like to say, “a little up front, or a lot more later.”

We do Planting, Landscaping & Hardscapes installs, (other than concrete). We will provide estimates for any of that work. Timing mostly depends on our backlog, and the type of work.
No problem! As long as we are doing some of the other work (like Landscaping) I will layout the walkway design for the mason to ensure it gets put in according to the plan.
We actually will be working for you. We manage a project with your best interests in mind. With that said, we work with whoever you choose as your pool builder.
What to expect
Landscape Design Process

On Site Meeting
Design is the foundation of any landscaping project. We start by fully understanding your project requirements. An on-site meeting will help us visualize the potential of your space and establish a concrete understanding of your needs and wants.
step 2
Landscape Design
Once we understand your vision, we’ll design 2D plans to sketch out your space. The plans are detailed to the point that a clear project scope and budget can be defined.
This will ensure we’re both on the same page and we’ve communicated everything needed before diving deeper into the project.
Once you feel our approach is in line with your vision and you would like to move forward, we will present a final plan & estimate.
step 3
Project Installation
If you would like to move forward, we’ll get a small deposit (10%) and schedule your project.
For pavers and hardscapes, we’ll have you select the color, style, and brand at a large outdoor showroom. We’ll take care of ordering proper quantities and scheduling deliveries.
Within a couple days of starting we’ll get another 30% deposit so we can order all the necessary materials.
